The Polihotels Palazzo Ognissanti is housed in a typically Florentine 19th century building in the old city, 600 metres from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The 44 air conditioned guestrooms are spread over four floors and decorated in soft creams and pale yellows with colour coordinated fabrics and furnishings. Some guestrooms open on to balconies and all include satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars and safes. Bathrooms have bidets, showers and hair dryers.
Guests can relax over an espresso in the coffee shop, or chat over a glass of wine or beer in the lounge bar. A concierge is on hand to help with making restaurant reservations and booking theatre tickets. Practical amenities include a 24 hour front desk, currency exchange and room service. Guests will find many of the city's key attractions close at hand with Ornissanti Church 200 metres away, the Ancient Fortress 400 metres, Santa Maria Novella Church 500 metres, and the Ponte Vecchio 600 metres. The hotel is situated six kilometres from Florence Vespucci Airport, with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.

By car, take A1 Motorway in the direction of Firenze Centro. Although the airport is very close to Florence, traffic can be bad in the city, so guests are advised to allow 20 minutes. The airport is a short taxi ride from town (costing 13 16 euros) although it is also possible to take the half hourly bus, which transports passengers to Santa Maria Novella Station, in the centre of Florence.
